Alaska Airlines is one of the best-known airlines in the United States of America and has served the nation for over ninety-two years since it was founded on 14th April in the year 1932. The airlines would, however, begin operations, much later, more than eighty years ago on 6th June of 1944 twelve years from its conception.

The airline also provides its customers with free internet when they are on board the flight with Wi-Fi and streaming service.
Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan is an important advantage enjoyed by customers of the airline. It is a popular reward program that has been initiated by Alaska Airlines and its subsidiary Horizon Air. This frequent flyer program also includes the airlines’ alliance partners from Oneworld, SkyTeam and Star Alliance.
It also includes several other unaffiliated air carriers. The program allows only one–way redemption and offers several other advantages such as no membership fees and non-expiry of miles that have been earned previously.
