If you manage to cancel the reservation within 24 hours of booking, you are eligible for a 100% refund. The refund for refundable tickets will be processed through the same mode of transaction of flight booking.
If you cancel a non-refundable ticket, you aren’t eligible for any refund. However, you can earn travel points that you may use in the future while traveling with Swiss International Airlines

You can make a request for a refund by filling out a refund request form on Sky airline’s official website. You can expect that refund will be processed within 7 working days.
If your replacement flight delays your arrival by 2 or more hours or your flight was canceled less than 14 days before departure, you are eligible to get compensation.
